1 Check on Horses/Farm. This will take longer some days than others depending on Variation of Environment experienced by all Farms. This is done first thing to immediately take your mind off of yourself and put it onto something or someone else. "Remove Self Thought"

2 Martial Arts Engage in the art of self discipline. While Warming up for the day.

3 Create a Game plan With your Tribe.

4 Requirements to be accepted into Competence Hierarchy Academy are Based on optimal Health needed for Farm Life. These Optimal Health Numbers are based on Optimal Human Fertility Numbers and is needed to ensure a Strong Capable Human that can contend with the uncertainty that life on a farm presents on any given moment. Body Mass Index Less Than 25%. Willingness to use Voluntary Play. Willingness to use the Motto Aim Forward and Up no matter the situation at hand. This means always using the truth to guide you forward.

• 10 Weeks is intentionally left open to promote Entrepreneurs to establish A Service that their Competence Hierarchy Aligns with. The Academy Will facilitate and provide Truth to the students Goals. Any Student willing to tackle a Competence Hierarchy that involves providing Food through Farming will take priority in Asset management of the Academy.
